Description

Six seeds and six grains. A farmer's dozen. We've combined six seeds with six grains to make it feel like there's a harvest festival going on in your mouth. Big fat sunflower and pumpkin seeds jostle with two different kinds of linseeds, exotic coconut and tiny chia and poppy seeds. There's oats, joined with spelt and quinoa flakes for crunch, rye and buckwheat for deep notes, and handfuls of fruit because we just couldn't stop ourselves.Good things start from seedsSeeds are packed with enough energy to burst out of the soil and head sunwards at the first sniff of spring. When we humans think of energy, we think about dancing all night, working hard, playing harder, laughing hardest of all. For plants, energy means growing, sprouting leaves and flowers, attracting insects and reproducing. An American redwood begins life as a seed that weighs a thousandth of a gram, and grows over 80 meters tall. So eat your seeds. Grow up strong.Eat right, stay brilliant. At Rude Health, we only use the kind of ingredients you'd have in your own kitchen - nothing artificial, nothing refined. We source our ingredients from fields, orchards and vines - not laboratories. We think food should be made out of food - not thickeners, preservatives, colourings, flavourings and other additives. The proof is in the taste, try it for yourself. When you've got food this good inside you, you'll be up for anything.Like the kick that seeds give you in the morning? Why not top it up during the day with our 4 Seed Oaty biscuits? You're in rude health when...You overtake a cycling club without spilling any shopping out of your basket. You recycle this box into a robot puppet. You think of rain as a free sports drink.Food for thoughtWhat we leave out is just as important as what we put in.
